How This Estimator Works
This tool uses SpeedX’s typical delivery windows, based on publicly reported transit times for each route category — same-metro, regional, cross-country, and rural. Enter your route type and whether you’re shipping during peak season, and you’ll get an estimated delivery window along with real calendar dates.
This is an independent estimate, not live tracking data. For your package’s actual current status, use the SpeedX tracking tool at the top of this site.
What Affects SpeedX Delivery Time?
Several factors determine how long a SpeedX delivery actually takes once your package enters the domestic network:
1. Route Distance
The further your package has to travel between SpeedX facilities, the longer transit takes. A same-metro delivery (say, Jamaica, NY to Brooklyn, NY) can arrive in a single business day, while a cross-country shipment from New York to Los Angeles typically takes 2 to 4 business days.
2. Origin Hub
SpeedX processes most international e-commerce shipments — including SHEIN orders — through major entry hubs like Jamaica, NY and Compton, CA. Your delivery clock starts once the package is scanned at one of these hubs, not when the shipping label is first created.
3. Season
During November and December, SpeedX handles significantly higher shipment volume. Standard delivery windows can extend by 1 to 2 extra days during this period, even for short regional routes.
4. Address Type
Rural and low-density delivery areas take longer than urban addresses, since SpeedX couriers cover larger distances per stop. Deliveries to remote areas can take 3 to 5 business days even after the package reaches the nearest regional hub.
SpeedX Delivery Time by Route Type
| Route Type | Estimated Delivery | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Same-Metro (within city) | 1 business day | Jamaica, NY → Brooklyn, NY |
| Regional (same state / adjacent) | 1–2 business days | Compton, CA → San Diego, CA |
| Cross-Country (coast to coast) | 2–4 business days | Jamaica, NY → Los Angeles, CA |
| Rural / Remote Areas | 3–5 business days | Dallas, TX → Rural Montana |
| Peak Season (Nov–Dec) | 2–6 business days | Any route during Black Friday / Holiday |
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the delivery estimate start from when I ordered? No. The estimate starts once SpeedX physically scans your package at a US hub, not from when your retailer created the shipping label. International transit time to reach the US hub is separate and not included in this estimate.
Why is my delivery taking longer than the estimate? Estimates are typical ranges, not guarantees. Weather, high shipment volume, address accessibility, and hub congestion can all extend delivery beyond the standard window. If your package hasn’t updated in more than 3 business days, check your live tracking status or contact SpeedX support directly.
Does SpeedX deliver on weekends? Yes. SpeedX delivers 7 days a week, including weekends and most federal holidays, between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM local time.
Is this estimator accurate for SHEIN and Temu orders? Yes. Once your SHEIN or Temu order reaches a SpeedX US hub for last-mile delivery, the same route-based windows apply. Use the route type that matches the distance between the hub and your delivery address.
